Return Policy
We really hope you love everything you order, but sometimes things don't work out - we get it. Maybe you picked the wrong item or you might not be satisfied with your order. Here’s what we can do for you:
- The Dangles team stands by our products and will issue refunds for manufacturing defects.
- Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects will refunded in store credit.
- Manufacturer defects - If you receive a defective item (bad stitching, misprint, wrong color) please click here and we’ll get you taken care of ASAP! Please include photos of the defect as we will ask for that.
- Refunds can either be issued back to the customer or donated to one of the conservation organizations Dangles supports.
- Dangles store refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping and handling.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order - we track all shipping, we know ;)
- All items applicable for return must be unwashed, unused, and in the original packaging with tags.
- All items shipped within US must be returned in original packaging.
- If US order items must be shipped in any box or envelope besides original packaging please email info@danglesgear.com.
- Any discounted or sale item is considered final sale and not eligible for a return.

- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
- Exchanges - We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please RETURN your items for a store credit and place a new order.
- Please select the "Exchanges" option during the return process for your refund amount to be donated to the conservation causes Dangles supports.
- If you purchased from a third party vendor i.e., Amazon, Etsy, etc. you must return the product to that store according to their return/exchange policy.
